Lily’s Little Store – Refund & Return Policy

Because many of our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, most items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order.

Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Made-to-Order Products

Most products in our storeβ€”including apparel, jewelry, and accessoriesβ€”are produced individually after your order is placed.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.


Return Eligibility (Non-Made-to-Order Items)

If we offer products that are not made to order, they may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original packaging

Customers must contact us before sending any return.

Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers normally have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days.

However, under EU consumer law, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products, including items printed specifically for you after purchase.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
